Legalistic people are 'too smart for their own good.' They 'attend class without receiving credit.' In James where we see 'be ye doers of the word, not hearers only,' the Greek word for 'hearers only' means 'to attend class without receiving credit, to evaluate, assess, survey.' This is someone who 'attends church, not hearing the word, but rather seeing out of a critcal spirit how the speaker, singers, members dress, how well the speaker speaks etc.' Father says "They attend class without receiving credit." These who are too smart for their own good, these 'thinkers' reason themselves out of entering into a life time of forgiveness, the shalom or peace it brings in body, mind, relationships and finances. Dont think, drink what the Spirit is saying!
