"The God-intended Christian life is not the life of doing the evil which I hate and failing to do the good that I want to do (Romans 7:19). The God-intended Christian life is not a life of captivity and bondage to sin (Rom. 7:23). Christ came to set us free (John 8:31-36)! It is not God’s desire that we should live in perpetual defeat and failure and frustration days without end. No, the God-intended Christian life is set forth in many passages including these: Colossians 1:10-12; 1 John 3:18,22; Ephesians 4:1-3; Philippians 4:1-9; 1 Corinthians 15:10; Galatians 2:20; 5:22-23; etc. May we so walk and so live!"

Yep indeed, the Christian life is not about 'not sinning!' It's not about a constant fear of sin or struggle with sin. It's about life, it's about abundant life, it's about peace and joy and fruit and love and so many other wonderful things that all come from God our Life!
hey Joel...thanks for the comment...The Christian life is about freedom, Christ came to set us free... i love what Paul writes to the Gal church...%:1...it is for freedom that Christ has set us free...that freedom was from the law, the same law that Paul tells us shuts the mouths of all, and holds the whole world accountable! we have been set free from that...we are free to be Gods children without fear of punishment...
