"Grace means that God does something for me; law means that I do something for God. God has certain holy and righteous demands which He places upon me: that is law. Now if law means that God requires something of me for their fulfillment, then deliverance from law means that He no longer requires that from me, BUT HIMSELF PROVIDES IT. Law implies that God requires me to do something for Him; deliverance from law implies that He exempts me from doing it, and that in grace He does it Himself . . .The trouble in Romans 7 is that man in the flesh tried to do something for God. As soon as you try to please God in that way, then you place yourself under law, and the experience of Romans 7 begins to be yours."

Hey Anon...whats up, see you a little frustrated today...
Great quote Craig, so true!! I just loved that book!!
i don't presume you are from our "rojak" country so you are probably not used to the way we sometimes tok.
it's a way of saying...waking up your idea... think out of the religious box.
good luck but keep posting. that's your right and our right of reply
there are few like u who allow free expression for fear of ridicule or...exposed for their stupidity.
so bravo
Hello Craig,
You are a hard man to get a hold of these days. Have you managed to get some teachings from Malcolm Smith yet? Like i said before, he was teaching this nearly 20 years ago and still is. One of these days you gonna have to but your own thoughts and ideas down. I would be keen to hear them sometime. I'm still around if you ever in town bru. Hope you guys are all well.
Cheers for now
Nice quote!!
I like the Romans 8 experience myself. :)
Hey Anon..thanks for the encouragement
Lydia, thanks for the comment, i loved the quote too.
Jamie, thanks for your comment..i like the Rom 8 experience too :-)
Clivey...good to see you here bro! I looked at his site, pity it seems you have to buy a message if you want to listen to it, maybe you know where i can get some free...
Talking about him teaching "this" (what is "this" BTW but the gospel) for 20years is great, there are a lot of men (and woman) that have been preaching this for 20 years...the Holy Spirit has been doing it for 2000years (actually more), pity the church (by and large) has been deaf to it..:-)..but things are changing thank God!!
