For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God's abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ. (Rom 5:17)"I find this verse incredibly exciting! Those who “receive God’s abundant provision of grace and the gift of righteousness” can actually, “reign in life through Jesus Christ!” God’s rule and reign come through His grace and the gift of His righteousness. This kind of life is above the natural plane, it is the essence of life that God Himself enjoys (Greek= zoe’). The same life that raised the dead body of Jesus, lifting Him above sin and death, is infused into the person who by faith receives Christ as their life and righteousness!"
