I Corinthians 15:10: But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them--yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.
Grace is the opposite to legalism...when we preach grace, its hard to be legalistc or controlling....
We can see from the above scripture, Paul had an affinity for the word "grace", and grace itself....here he mentions the word 3 times in 1 verse....
'spose we are learning from Paul all over again...I heard Michael Eaton say at a conference down in Cape Town, South Africa that by AD 100, most church fathers had stopped preaching the Pauline Gospel/Epistles...thats radical, thats where law has come in (obviously among other places)...

Craig,
You said, “I believe God is taking His church back to PLAN A...PLAN FREEDOM...PLAN GRACE…”
Amen!! Zech. 12:10 says, “And I will pour on the house of David, and on the people of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace…” It is via the internet, church plants, from house to house, person to person, download to download, blog to blog etc. etc.We are beholding "the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and of truth”.
You are so right Jim...what an awesome time to be alive hey, watching the Lord do it!!
Yep the church has soooooo lost the plot. I look around and see how God Himself is bringing His church back to His grace. It's an amazing time to be living, among all the other things going on in the world as well!
